CSA update

To ensure seamless access to full-text PDFs from the SAGE collections and PsycARTICLES, please download and install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat, version 7.0.5 from:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

We have received reports that some of our users are experiencing problems downloading full-text PDFs. This problem is due to an incompatibility issue with older versions of Adobe Acrobat.

Once again, to ensure seamless access to full-text PDFs from the SAGE collections and PsycARTICLES, please follow the steps below:

-Uninstall the older version of Adobe Acrobat
-Download and install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat, version 7.0.5

An alternative solution to this would be to use the Firefox web browser, which has not experienced the same problems as Internet Explorer and Netscape.
